If you have major health conditions that keeps you from qualifying for standard underwritten insurance then we have a plan that will help your family take care of your final expenses. So often today when we realize that we aren't going to live for ever it is to late for us to be able to qualify for Life insurance. Thankfully we have insurance carriers that realize that these individuals need the same respect as others and have stepped up and provided a graded benefit policy.

The insurance carriers provide these benfits on a graded basis. Most plans are graded in the first 2 to 3 years depending on the particular plans. Graded means that they will pay a reduced benefit during those years if the client dies of health issues and full benefit if they die an accidental death. Once the graded period has expired then the client is covered for full benefit regardless of death.

Often we hear clients say, "well I will just put the money in a savings account and earn interest" which you can, but the problem is if you pass away before your savings plan reaches the necessary level then your family will be stuck paying the difference. What we like in the graded plan is that you will recieve a much HIGHER rate of return on your money if the client passes away during those graded years than they would ever be able to receive in a passbook savings account.

Most plans pay 5% to 6% interest if you pass away during the first policy year, 10% to 12% in year 2, and 15% to 18% if you pass during the 3rd policy year. If you know any where you can get a better rate of return on your money then by all means we would recommend considering that source but, if not then getting a  Guaranteed Issue Whole Life Insurance policy might be your best bet.
